Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows are charged in full / session is forfeited. Late arrivals: your session will still end at the scheduled time (late arrival may shorten session length). Rescheduling: allowed only into available openings. Non-refundable: all sessions, packs, and programs are non-refundable. Pack/Program validity: sessions must be used within the stated time window. Grip socks required.
